We are seeking a talented and driven mid to senior-level finance Attorney to join our client, a leading AmLaw 10 firm, in its Debt Finance team in Houston.
Our client’s market-leading Debt Finance Practice group is recognised by Chambers & Partners for its outstanding work and excellence in client service. The firm has the largest dedicated group of Debt Finance practitioners in the marketplace, with an exceptional commercial understanding of the US and international financing markets.
Your practice will span across a wide array of debt financing transactions, including the representation of private equity funds, hedge funds, mezzanine funds and private and public companies. You will have successfully handled complex financings in connection with leveraged buyouts, public offerings, reserve-based financings and refinancings, and restructurings (including in-court and out-of-court restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, and exit financings).
Annual salary range: $225,000 – $370,000.
