Job Description

• Intuit is seeking Tax Preparation Specialists for the upcoming tax season with a minimum of 2 years of paid tax filing experience using commercial tax preparation software.
• As a Tax Preparation Specialist, you will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Our ideal candidate possesses an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney), strong tax preparation experience, and excellent customer service skills.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
