MRM Salt Lake City is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy who specializes in cutting-edge, forward thinking work and marketing solutions for globally recognized brands. You’ve honed your creative talents for concepting and copywriting, priding yourself on your problem-solving skills and prowess for presenting. While you consider yourself a brand steward, you strive—and proactively seek—opportunities for innovation and creative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand
- Produce work for a range of online and offline mediums—TV, print, websites, flash banners, landing pages, emails, social media and mobile
- Set the tone and mood for compelling storytelling
- Stay current on existing, new and emerging digital technology
- Present work internally and to clients
- Manage and develop direct reports
- Mentor other creatives in the department
- Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy
- Coordinate resources to meet deadlines
- Be a part of new business pitches
Requirements
- 8+ years of copywriting experience within an ad agency
- Must have experience working on accounts in the financial service sector
- A polished portfolio of your work
- Innovative creative vision
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to nurture, mentor and manage
