About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for our fast-growing and fast-paced enterprise software group in North America. The Lark Sales organization works closely with companies to build trust, garner interest, understand needs and recommend solutions. Sales, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product Management and Marketing partner together to drive continuous business value for customers.

Day To Day You Will

  • Own the entire end to end sales cycle from create to close.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline within target accounts and track in Salesforce.
  • Develop key relationships with your clients at the CxO and LoB leadership level.
  • Refine and deliver sales presentations to customers.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of sales strategies and sales programs for long-term sustained success.
  • Consistently overachieve targets through a customer-obsessed approach.
  • Engage in and champion the proper culture and processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in complex enterprise software full sales cycles or highly relatable functions.
  • Active interest in selling the vision.
  • Experience in developing trusted relationships with new customers.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and track record in exceeding goals.

Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise office collaboration software.
  • Knowledge of corporate shared services functions.
  • "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions.
  • Ability to apply consultative selling and align value based solutions with a customer's strategic objectives.
  • Hands-on mentality, biased for action, and hungry to succeed together.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $162450 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
