Sounds like you? Great, here’s what E80 Group can offer you to help you to thrive. We are looking for a HR Generalist, the role requires a knowledge and understanding of various HR functions. The goal is to ensure a valid support to local HR Department and HR headquarter (Italy) in order to carry out all activities in a smoothly and effectively way. The candidate will be either hired directly in Chicago, or in Italy. In the latter, after few months, she/he will be expatriated to Chicago branch, in USA, for a period to be defined. The candidate will be involved in the full employee lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and selecting
- Supports learning needs gathering and implements necessary training initiatives
- Assists performance management process
- Works collaboratively with other departments and Human Resources Manager to implement engagement strategies to increase job satisfaction, belonging and retention
- Manages employee lifecycle through different platforms (Success Factors, Nexonia, others)
- Maintains the human resources personnel information system and maintains company organization charts and headcount
- Supports other ad hoc HR projects
- Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- In charge to be aligned with all US regulations and laws related to HR
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Italian and proficiency in English
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources duties
- Experience in Italian HR operations
- Proactivity
- Expertise in employee experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Travel may be required (up to 20%)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related major
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation
- The knowledge of HCM SAP SUCCESS FACTORS will be a plus.
