The Marketing Manager will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization and lead the organization's communications, to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Plans and coordinates the work of Marketing and Communication staff.
• Oversees Marketing and Communication staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives.
• Recruits additional Marketing and Communication staff as needed.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Provides training and mentoring as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities, both internally and externally.
• Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches, including pricing.
• Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
• Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
• Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
• Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
• Assist in preparing department's budget.
• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization's mission.
• Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
• Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
• Prepares and delivers presentations in the company to share information.
• Prepares and distributes direct marketing products.
• Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least ten years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Travel as required
• Officed in the corporate location Dallas/Mabank
• Maximized office attendance required
