Round Rock Housing Authority is seeking a housing specialist. The primary responsibilities will include determining and documenting participant eligibility, income, and rent per HUD regulations. Collecting rents and balancing rent roll each month. Answering phones, greeting program applicants and participants and maintaining client files. Ability to communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds and ability to complete complex and detailed tasks in a timely manner. High school diploma is required, bachelors degree preferred. Three years experience in either public housing, housing choice voucher program or case management. Valid drivers license. Hours Monday-Friday, 8-5.
