Working in partnership with our client, a rapidly growing, and global, business in the eCommerce space, we are looking for a Sales/eCommerce recruiter for a 6 month contract assignment. Potential temp to perm - depending on performance and business need. This is onsite in the Los Angeles corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting for sales professionals primarily
- Providing guidance on all aspects of the process to hiring managers
- Collaborating with the TA team and partnering effectively with the HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders
- Resourcefulness and keeping current with broader industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a full cycle recruiter with specific experience recruiting for sales professionals
- Experience recruiting in the eCommerce sector
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Tech savvy
- Collaborative approach
