Job Title: Service BDR/Loaner Administrator
Location: Genesis of Milford
Job Description:
Genesis of Milford is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service BDR/Loaner Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the loaner fleet, and following up with customers after their service appointments.
Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and coordinate the loaner vehicle fleet.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles and service appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
