The Opportunity
The Content Business Strategist will drive the performance and strategic positioning of content in Adobe Stock, Express, and its impact on AI training models. This role involves analysis of content usage, performance metrics, and trends to evolve the efficiency of content across use cases. This role will play a leading role in defining and refining the content strategy to improve impact within products, focusing on both current market needs and anticipating future trends.
This is a highly strategic role that will work closely across teams to ensure alignment between content targets and business goals. Through market analysis and data insights, the strategist will influence decisions on content acquisition, positioning, and contributor strategies, ensuring that content meets the needs of the market and improves the organization’s capabilities in training AI models.
This role is tailored for an individual who combines analytical methods with a strategic vision, aimed at significantly advancing content efficacy and market performance.
What you'll Do
Analyze content performance metrics and impacts to resolve efficiency and areas for improvement within the marketplace.
Evaluate how different types of content impact training models, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve model accuracy and functionality.
Develop and refine content strategy based on analytical insights, striving to increase content impacts across products and platforms.
Define content specifications for AI model training and product features, ensuring alignment with technological advancements and market needs.
Conduct detailed analyses to identify gaps in content collections, across images, video, 3D, audio, and new media types.
Develop strategies for content acquisition and positioning that leverage data insights to meet business targets and improve content value.
Formulate strategies to engage contributors and lead partnerships, focusing on growth opportunities and positioning.
Continually develop reports on content analytics and performance, and present strategic recommendations to team members and senior management.
Partner closely with content creators, business, and technical teams to align strategically across content initiatives.
What you need to succeed
Proven record of accomplishment as a business analyst or content strategist, with meaningful experience in industries driven by content and technology.
Experienced in using analytics platforms such as Tableau and Power BI to derive business insights.
Ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and reliably disseminate large amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data in an understandable and persuasive manner.
Strong project management capabilities, with a history of successfully handling multiple projects under tight schedules.
Proven track record to work effectively within team-oriented environments and collaborate across complementary teams and departments.
High adaptability in evolving environments, with the skill to pivot strategies in response to new information and challenges.
Strategic demeanor with the ability to integrate extensive analytics into actionable content strategies.
Continuously seek innovative ways to evolve content strategy and efficiency, keeping ahead of industry trends.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,300 -- $252,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
