Responsibilities
ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
  • Own the customer relationship by providing exceptional, personalized service to delight our customers every day!
  • Provide back-up order processing and inbox management
  • Coordinate on-time delivery of products and services accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures and directives, including customer buyout follow up.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports assigned
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as required, providing specific expertise
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Process and coordinate customer returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Partners with internal and external sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
  • Provide post shipment follow up support as needed (freight issues; expedited shipment tracking).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Order Management Manager.
  • Management of chain account safety stock if applicable
  • Assist Sales / Product Management with coordination of show / test orders
Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Ability to present in a group setting and lead discussions
ABOUT YOU:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP system or CRM preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Rarely (0-12%): Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling/Lifting/Pulling/Pushing
  • Occasionally (12-33%): Standing/Walking
  • Frequently:
  • Regularly (67-100%): Seeing/Hearing/Fingering/Grasping/Feeling
