Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite)

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify vendors that align with the company's goals and industry.
• Develop and maintain cordial relationship with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with vendors to collaboratively identify and capture the requirements.
• Initiate conversation and collaborate with the vendors to enhance opportunities for partnership.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, market demands and vendor to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for vendor partnerships and IT solution sourcing
• Work with the sales team to provide right resource to client requirements.
• Understanding of end-to-end sourcing process and closely collaborate with vendors.
• Attend industry events, and conferences to connect with potential vendors.
• Engage in online forums and professional networks to expand your reach.
• Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience within IT vendor management, or IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-Oriented, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint experience.
• Strategic mindset with excellent executive presence and organizational knowledge.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
