Travel RRT in Phoenix, AZ

**Job Title:** Respiratory Therapist
**Job Specialty:** Respiratory Therapy
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 12-hour nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years
**License:** AZ RT License
**Certifications:** BLS, RRT (Adults and NICU also require NRP)
**Must-Have:**
- AZ RT license in hand
- Experience assisting with bronchs
- Proficiency with at least one of the following: Cervo I, Jets, Oscillators
- 2 years of strong ICU experience; NICU experience preferred
- Cerner experience required
**Job Description:**
- Perform 35-40 respiratory therapy procedures per day
- Responsible for all ABGs
- Participate in unit orientation, including 2 days on the regular floor and skill validation
- Manage vents, BiPAP V60, and CPAP machines
- Respond to Clinical Response Team calls with lead
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality care in a high-acuity environment
- Exhibit strong experience, time management, and communication skills
- Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month, including holiday rotation
- Wear black scrubs
Note: Hospital may cancel shifts up to 3 times per contract.
