Responsibilities Include:
- Travel and meeting coordination, ensuring that the CEO is maximizing his time and is running as efficiently as possible
- Meeting preparation, making sure that the CEO is briefed in on relevant issues, taking notes on important points, following up, and taking next steps
- Personal as needed as the CEO's business and private lives intertwine
- Project Management: providing research and writing support as needed (new business proposals, engagement requests)
- Provide all-around support. Being a team-player is key so the ability to pitch in wherever needed is crucial
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong MSOffice Skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an outstanding ability to self-manage
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. This position is located in Arlington, Virginia.
