Job Title: Proposal Coordinator
Gregory Ralph, Architect | GRA Design Studio is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We provide architectural and design services for commercial and residential projects, focusing on custom design.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage proposals for architectural projects, including researching client requirements, drafting project scopes, and preparing cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to gather project information and incorporate technical specifications into proposals.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure proposal deadlines are met and submissions are of high quality.
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and branding guidelines.
• Maintain a database of past proposals, project profiles, and other relevant materials for reference and future use.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral to support business development efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform proposal strategies and positioning.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and partners to support business growth and proposal success.
• Other tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in proposal coordination, preferably within an architecture firm or related industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience using design software for proposal development.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and layout aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of architectural terminology, processes, and standards is preferred.
