Call Center Rep ONSITE- Miramar FL

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (On-Site) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

• Location: OnsiteMiramar, FL
• Pay: $17/hour
• Start ASAP
• Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-11pm

• Inbound calls
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

• 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Detail oriented
