We are currently looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to provide excellent service to our patients and their families. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will work closely with our Financial and Treatment Coordinators to enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities: • Create a fun and welcoming environment • Greet patients and families warmly with a great attitude • Schedule and manage appointments for patients receiving both Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental care • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner • Assist in the evaluation and establishment of patient payment plans and treatment plans • Contact patients to verify upcoming appointments • Immediately address any inquiries from patients • Collaborate with both Financial and Treatment Coordinators to ensure patients have a pleasant experience Qualifications: • Have an amazing attitude • Possess exceptional customer service abilities • Highly detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience with phone systems • Knowledge of patient scheduling Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
