Marketing Intern


Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week), with potential for full-time conversion
Starting Pay: $16/hour

QI Collective is a fashion brand incubator with hubs in Shanghai, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Melbourne. We collaborate with the world's most innovative artists, and key brands in the portfolio include Selkie, Auteur, Maison Amory, and Boskemper.


Role Description

Responsibilities

  • E-commerce tasks include product launches, homepage updates, and managing pre-orders alongside our China team.
  • Support our PR team by tracking influencer orders, compiling reports, and fulfilling gifting and shoot requests from our LA office.
  • Involved in the creative process of making content, assisting with styling, capturing BTS content at shoots, and editing videos for social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once; strong time management skills a must.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in our Los Angeles office for a portion of the week.
  • Must have a strong interest in the fashion industry and digital marketing.
