Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
- Assist with reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Hilton Systems preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
