The Vice President, Client Partner is a seasoned leader, business person and excellent people manager. As the VP/CP, you’ll guide multiple teams to create amazing work, drive a profitable business, maintain great team morale – and keep the client happy. The success of the entire team, client budget, profitability and work quality starts and stops with you. You’ll build a successful team around a client’s needs, skills and budget, always focusing on delivering excellence for your client.

Responsibilities:

  1. Primary role is to direct all aspects of Clients' business
  2. Builds internal team - seen as leader, understands capabilities, manages performance, sets tone
  3. Develops client relationships
  4. Delivers on Account Plan, targets & business objectives
  5. Contributes to company’s evolution - i.e. knowledge sharing, best practices, succession planning
  6. Balances client & company needs
  7. Adheres to and is an advocate of company values and guidelines
  8. Spends majority of time managing / evolving company but remains dedicated to developing own skills
  9. Accountable for 100% performance review completion
  10. Evaluates quality of work of team members
  11. Evaluates teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence
  12. Contributes to professional development plan
  13. Negotiates financial & operating metric targets with Executive
  14. Strong marketing, communication, technology experience and orientation
  15. Oversee the management of the organization including strategic and operational planning, fiscal oversight and organizational policies and procedures.
  16. Motivates people, works and leads in a team environment and has experience in developing strategic marketing plans. Ensure effective communication and promote a sense of participation and involvement.
  17. Direct the organization with the objectives of maximizing financial growth, increasing client base, establishing short-term and long-range objectives and representing the company to potential clients and the general public.

Required Skills:

  1. 10 years of Account Management experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Technology Consulting disciplines
  2. Demonstrated understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Commerce Internet Technology
  3. Proven competencies in managing complex teams and client relations
  4. Facilitates team motivation and team leadership skills
  5. Outstanding attention to detail
  6. Global Automotive client experience is required
  7. Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions with a distributed team across the globe
