WHAT YOU WILL DO:

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to effectively lead our Recruiting team in the US. This role will partner closely with the AMERS People Office to ensure alignment with the EOS mission and goals in attracting, developing, and retaining world class talent.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, AMERS, the Talent Acquisition Lead will have proven experience in leading a team of Recruiters, optimizing talent acquisition processes, tools and establishing best practices.

As the primary point of contact for US-based hiring managers, the role will be tasked with developing and cultivating strategic partnerships to ensure alignment, maximize delivery and evolve the recruiting function to meet the needs of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day leadership of the US recruitment and sourcing team.
  • Driving a culture of data-driven recruiting, developing market intelligence and sharing key insights with the leadership team and hiring managers.
  • Establishing a performance metrics framework for the team to drive and sustain a high performing culture.
  • Leading the planning and execution of selection and recruitment process in line with our D&I strategy.
  • Developing all routes to market appropriate in supporting the diverse and changing hiring needs of the business.
  • Creating an Early Careers strategy articulating how we will attract a diverse workforce and nurture them internally, as well as identifying the mechanisms to support the implementation of it.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders have the best in class recruiting experience.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to build and drive our employer brand.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • 10+ years leadership experience in people management and recruiting leadership, ideally within a global technical environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with recruiting/performance metrics and use of recruiting tools. Proven competency in reporting analytical data.
  • A creative and flexible mindset, ready to think of and try new ideas and concepts.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Experience working on a global scale preferable.
  • Awareness and appreciation of employment and equality legislation for North America
