1. Extensive construction knowledge of the super prime construction sector, applicants should have headed up and delivered a circa £20m project.
2. Capable of producing comprehensive detailed construction reports and programmes using Asta Powerproject, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel, to be delivered to clients, client teams, and Directors.
