Position Overview: As a Recruiting Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the delivery team to ensure the successful recruitment of top-tier IT professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Technology recruiting, with a focus on higher-level roles. In addition to your recruiting expertise, you should have a proven track record of building and mentoring a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  • Drive the recruitment process for higher-level IT roles, ensuring the delivery of top-notch candidates to clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent in the IT sector.
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection and interview processes to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in Technology recruiting, with a focus on higher-level roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $80,000 to $95,000, with additional commissions and bonuses based on performance.
