Description:
The department is seeking a Cornerstone OnDemand Specialist who will assist in the development and implantation of performance reviews for managerial employees in Cornerstone on Demand.
Responsibilities:
• Building all elements of the performance review module in Cornerstone onDemand in production environment, including inputting all competencies, goals, questions, emails, and notifications that will be sent to all participants in the appropriate reporting hierarchy.
• Testing the full performance review process for both managers and supervisors in the production environment prior to launch to ensure accuracy of all elements, including routing and content of messages.
• Supporting Human Resources team in launching the performance review process in December 2024.
• Assisting with troubleshooting and inquiries that arise from users following the launch.
• Assisting with the development of informational materials to support the launch, as requested.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficiency in Cornerstone onDemand, including the Performance Essentials – System Administrator module required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience in developing or implementing performance reviews preferred.
• Experience working within complex organizations and/or governmental organizations beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Extremely self-motivated with strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
