Position Summary
Assists the Specialists and Managers, gathering data and functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions, analyze and translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications

What will your job entail?
Responsibilities
- Review existing business processes and recommend more efficient workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation as necessary for operational and security audits.
- Gather business requirements and assist with developing solutions for specified projects.
- Establish new and maintain existing user workflows and basic ConceptOne configuration.
- Testing and support of ConceptOne application.
- Perform special projects as needed.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Working with offshore teams
- SME and lead on teh team for clearly dcoumented requirements, business question, and helping team solution.
- Experience with ConceptOne management system required.
- Experience with Wholesale Brokerage or other Insruance and Jira Work Maangement Systems
- Experience in a Help Desk related environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
