We are looking for a receptionist who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This position will be full-time and is located in our Culver City office.
In this role you will:
- Answer office phones
- Assist maintaining of office space
- Welcome guests and validate parking
- Cover desks for assistants when they are out of office
- Sort and log incoming mail and send outgoing mail/packages
- Print/hold checks for pick up
- Update conference room schedule and staff phone sheet
- Arrange messenger services as needed
- Interested in working at a management and/or production company
- Interested in a career in entertainment
- Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
- Detail-oriented, punctual, positive, and resourceful
- An excellent communicator with a charismatic personality
