Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The Solderer will be responsible for assembling and fabricating electrical components by using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
Duties
- Assemble and fabricate electronic components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Utilize soldering techniques to connect components
- Read and interpret schematics for accurate assembly
- Perform electrical wiring and soldering on circuit boards
- Use ohmmeters to test connections and ensure quality
- Work with surface mount technology (SMT) components
- Operate logic controllers for testing purposes
- Conduct machining tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and equipment
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical wiring
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
- Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT)
- Ability to use ohmmeters for testing connections
- Experience with logic controllers is a plus
