Responsibilities:

  1. Expand Client Base: Identify and seize business opportunities in target regions to grow our clientele.
  2. Lead Management: Hunt for, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring quick and efficient customer responses.
  3. Database Maintenance: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, keeping all lead information current.
  4. Prospect Follow-Up: Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  5. Sales Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to showcase progress toward company goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license.
  2. Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Drivers License.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $225,000 yearly
