VP / Director, Digital Infrastructure TMT

Responsibilities

Responsibilities would include:

1. Sector coverage banking activities including marketing, pitching and providing tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge and expertise.
2. Assist in origination and lead execution efforts in the Digital Infra space.
3. Maintain close relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships.
4. Lead ideation, client engagement and pitching efforts.
5. Prepare financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations, assist in the negotiation process on deals.
6. Guide junior members on the entire deal process and review financial models.
7. Identify and monitor market developments and opportunities; keep track on Digital Infra sector trends.
8. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms, etc.) and clients as necessary.
9. Discuss potential solutions/ideas for clients.

Profile of Ideal Candidate

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Years of relevant work experience: minimum of 7-12, preferably in Sector Coverage / Debt Financing, especially in TMT, Project Finance, General Infrastructure.
• Good transaction structuring skills and understanding of the credit process.
• Financial modelling skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior members.
• Good client network and relationship with other sector participants.
• Positive personality with strong work ethics.
• Independent, self-motivated and strong team player with ability to work in a multicultural team.
