Travel Nurse RN - NICU in Austin, TX

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting.
- Work collaboratively with day and night shift staff including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants.
- Manage patient care and ratios efficiently, which can range from 1:1 to 4:1.
- Operate a variety of equipment such as isolattes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps.
- Document patient care using Meditech and CPN electronic medical records.
- Participate in on-call requirements and weekend shifts with a schedule that includes 4 weekend shifts.
- Wear navy-colored scrubs in accordance with the dress code.
- Foster a supportive and positive team environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to unit guidelines and policies.
