Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Integrated Technologies Consultant in Columbia, MO, to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Oracle clients to deploy integrated technology solutions, including hardware, software, and services. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships to achieve business objectives, consulting with clients and internal project teams on technical architecture decisions, and managing the deployment of integrated hardware, software, and device installations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve deployment challenges, and contribute to team initiatives. Finally, you will be responsible for training and advising clients and team members on best practices for solution maintenance and deployment.Basic QualificationsAt least 3 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, Electrical Engineering, Health Care, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experiencePreferred QualificationsAt least 1 year of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experienceAt least 1 year of device management/integration work experienceExpectationsMust reside in or around the Columbia, MO areaPerform other responsibilities as assignedWilling to travel to the client site as neededWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionCareer Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesProvide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy systems, ensuring maximum efficiency in their use.Participate in client-prioritized projects as an Oracle Applications Subject Matter Expert (SME).Respond to user support requests in a timely manner to meet SLA obligations.Test and coordinate testing for new releases of Oracle Applications.Log application bugs and follow up with IT and Development teams.Monitor upcoming application releases.Train users and other team members on application features.Maintain application responsibilities based on the user’s work group.Serve as a reporting resource.Represent users at Data Center meetings, quarterly user meetings, and as needed.This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, with the expectation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues, system outages, or critical deployment needs. Candidates must be available to respond to and resolve issues promptly during assigned on-call periods.
