Job Requirements / Description
Main responsibilities:
• Work in SAP and 3rd party customer portals to process various steps of the order lifecycle
• Review accuracy of entered orders
• Assign orders to the order managers and project managers
• Monitor and troubleshoot unsuccessful invoices
• Check accuracy of sales reps commission calculation
• Fill vendor forms, certificates of insurance and other documentation required by customers
• Issue credit memos in SAP
• Monitor and troubleshoot changes to sales orders in SAP and COMPAS tool
Qualifications:
• High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
• Competence with Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong proficiency in Excel
• Good Communications Skills, both written and oral
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with complex ERP systems desired, preferably SAP
• Proactive, responsible, driven, team player
