Job Description: VP Client Partnerships

Our client partners directly with media giants such as Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and Warner Media, as well as renowned brands like Cheesecake Factory, Lucid Motors, and Riot Games. They are recognized for creating strikingly original campaigns that energize audiences and convert them into loyal consumers.
What We’re Looking For: As our client grows, they seek a strategically minded sales executive to help apply their entertainment marketing success to new and more diverse brands. This individual must be both a hunter, capable of sourcing and connecting with clients seeking a non-traditional agency, and a strategist, able to sense market forces and identify new opportunities with new partners. This role offers the opportunity to shape the agency’s strategy and carve out a unique path within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, nurture, and maintain new business leads by conveying our client’s strategic and creative services to clients outside the entertainment industry. Focus verticals include gaming, sports, lifestyle, and automotive.
- Build relationships that will grow Agency of Record relationships as well as secure project-based assignments with brands.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and present creative solutions to their challenges.
- Guide and enhance company sales materials, such as capabilities decks, to ensure the best offerings for each client.
- Attend industry events and stay updated on relevant news to proactively source new prospects.
- Provide insights on growth areas based on client feedback.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure they receive the best possible customer experience.
- Achieve or exceed yearly sales goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of creative agency experience working with high-level marketing decision-makers in a new business role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding defined sales goals.
- Known as a hunter, hungry to make new connections and offer solutions to client challenges.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary + Commission
- The base salary will depend on various factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and geographic location.
