The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the Corporate Finance Director in coordinating the company’s enterprise data management and financial reporting and analysis processes. This individual owns the processes in support of these critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Owner of corporate data structures and metadata governance processes for the Chart of Accounts and other data dimensions used in financial systems.
  2. Produces key financial reporting packages for quarterly Key Performance Indicators.
  3. Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  4. Works with the Business Intelligence team to assist with new insightful reporting.
  5. Determines and implements process improvements and opportunities for automation of FP&A processes.
  6. Participates in cross-functional company initiatives and systems initiatives that impact the financial management of the company.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or other related Business discipline.
  2. MBA Preferred.
  3. 2+ years of relevant corporate finance experience.
  4. Demonstrated financial/analytical skills gained through formal education or work experience.
  5. Knowledge and application of financial modeling principles.
  6. Interest in applying best practices in data management and hierarchical structures.
  7. Knowledge of BI Tools, Data Visualization Tools, Hyperion Planning, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Data Warehousing.
  8. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  9. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet due dates.
  10. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
