About the Position:
With a passion for storytelling, deep understanding of content marketing best practices, and a proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth, the Content Marketing Manager collaborates to develop and execute our content marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, target audience and brand voice.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, write and manage high-quality content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, annual impact report, and more.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute brand and product content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility. Measure campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Content Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, industry experts, and content partners to expand reach and credibility and grow these programs over time.
Core Responsibilities:
- Editorial Calendar: Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across various channels.
- SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for SEO and track performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, impact and customer support teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports cross-functional goals.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience feedback and engagement on content channels to foster a strong community and drive brand loyalty.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content to strengthen brand identity.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets relative to the work, including allocating resources effectively, tracking expenditures, and ensuring ROI on marketing investments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and optimization processes.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, WhatsApp preferred) and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams and external parties.

- Experience in the CPG industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify, Asana, Hubspot, Turtl CapCut is preferred
