It requires analyzing data to provide insights for sales strategies and overseeing the sales funnel process to ensure accurate tracking and updates. Additionally, the position includes providing operational support to the sales team, collaborating with sales leadership to optimize processes, and coordinating with other departments to align on sales objectives and data accuracy.Travel Requirements:This position does not require any travel.Job Responsibilities:Manage and maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and ACE, ensuring integrity and consistency.Perform data manipulation and analysis to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key metrics.Create customized reports for AWS sales forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.Oversee the AWS sales funnel process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates on sales stages.Provide operational support to the sales team, managing sales tools and resolving system and data issues.Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for optimizing sales processes and improving efficiency.Support AWS-focused sales teams by analyzing AWS sales data and performance metrics.Partner with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives and data accuracy.Required Skills:Excel power userTableau (Creator) experience a plusHigh attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsData entry skillsAbility to be flexibleSelf-starter and team playerCustomer service attitudeEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5-7 years experience Salesforce report and dashboard expertise5-7 years experience Data Analysis experienceABOUT PRESIDIOPresidio is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highest levels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive systemic DE&I change process across all levels of the organization.
