Job Description: Insight Global is hiring an IT Support Specialist for one of its large retail clients in Brownsburg, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting tier 1 hardware, software, and network related issues. They will also be responsible for setting up and installing desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripherals for new users. They will be expected to identify, diagnose, and resolve tickets in a timely manner, escalating to tier 2 or management when needed. This is a full-time role and compensation ranges from $20-$23 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
