Responsibilities
The Area Operations Leader is responsible for providing operational leadership within a group of multiple clinics to achieve regulatory compliance, financial performance, budget, and growth.
How you will make an impact
The Area Operations Leader strategically supports the organization with growth, budget achievements, and clinic management for the assigned region.
Essential Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Progressive leadership in healthcare operations and management
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or related field.
- Experience : Multi-site healthcare operations and a track record in growth.
