Job Description

The TA Partner combines acquisition capability, commercial acumen, strong stakeholder engagement, and a clear commercial understanding of the Executive Search market to support each country within the region and beyond into other regions depending on business needs.

  • Establish long-term diverse talent pipelines - such as Alumni, external competitors & internal transfers as well as the usage of R2Rs where required for strategic hires, through comprehensive market research and proactive talent mapping to achieve personal hiring targets, aligned with regional and global growth targets.
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition infrastructure aligned with the Global Talent Acquisition function to ensure the region consistently identifies and secures top talent, maximizing conversion levels and optimizing candidate experience, remaining informed of macro and economic developments that impact the business and TA strategy.
  • Contribute and influence the Employer Branding Strategy, working in partnership with Employee Experience and Marketing teams to support the attraction of talent as well as supporting EVP engagement and activation across the region.
  • Build strong business partner relationships with relevant stakeholders developing a value-add approach working in collaboration to deliver on the growth strategy.
  • Optimize processes and implement effective and inclusive practices across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaboration with cross-border colleagues, leveraging cross-functional teams, contributing to the Group Talent Acquisition strategy, developing best practice, and assisting in the evolution of the function.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum job-related Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience and executive hiring.
  • Global experience in multiple markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent assessment methodologies within an executive search organization.
  • Relationship building and influencing at Leadership level: Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner both externally and internally.
  • Global Partnership: An influential leader who can rally cross-functional teams to strengthen the TA function in the region and provide expert advice and counsel.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Capability to adapt to cultural and organizational transformation.
