Location: Elma, NY
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Salary range: $19.00-$21.00 hourly, $39,000-$44,000
Come be a part of a family-owned, growing company as the HR Coordinator for Cellino Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.
If you are just as comfortable being the frontline person providing information and support to employees as you are in managing systems (we'll train you), then this job is for you!
Working with the Director of People Services, you will directly foster a positive work environment. Your work will involve administering benefits, rewards and recognition programs supporting training-credentialing (learning and development), recruitment and administration. This is a great opportunity to become involved in all human resource aspects of the business.
The learning is great....the people are even better.
If you are just starting your career in human resources, have two years' experience (preferred) and hope ultimately to build a career as an HR professional (while getting your SHRM certification), we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Excellent data entry skills
• Willingness to learn
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Preferred Requirements:
• 2+ years of human resources experience
• Basic knowlege of labor laws, human resource best practices and employee relations
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus, but not required
• Knowledge labor laws, human resources, business administration, or a related field
