Patent Agent - Life Sciences

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking an experienced Patent Agent for its NY or Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $160k to $200k.

Qualifications

• 3 years of life sciences patent prosecution and drafting experience.
• Ph.D. in immunology or other biochemical discipline - or a n M.S. with industry experience.
• Expertise in biochemistry, including antibody technology, cell therapies, vaccines and other biologics-based therapeutics.
• Excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing skills, and analytic ability.
• USPTO is preferred, or ability to sit for the USPTO exam.
