Employment Class Action/ PAGA Attorney

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wage & Hour Class Action/PAGA Attorney to join our client's growing team. 1. Lead and manage all aspects of class action lawsuits, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in California.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Employment class action litigation.
4. Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
