Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Brewer at Cerveza Cito Brewery in Santa Ana, CA. The Head Brewer will be responsible for overseeing the brewing process, creating new and innovative beer recipes, managing brewing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Expertise in brewing techniques, recipe development, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of beer styles and trends
• Experience in managing brewing schedules and inventory
• Ability to troubleshoot brewing equipment and make necessary adjustments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Attention to detail and a passion for craft beer
• Certification from a brewing program or related field is a plus
