What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to maximize new sales and revenue growth within the assigned district
- Manage and develop sales and renewal pipeline with clear metrics and responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to enhance client engagement and achieve sales targets
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain effective pipeline management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
- Proven leadership skills focused on accountability and team empowerment
- Strong strategic thinking and effective account planning skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Must possess a four-year degree; JD plus MBA or relevant business experience preferred
