What You'll Do

• Work with commercial banker on all client requests
• Request full financial package
• Create credit approval document (CAD)
• Request all loan appropriate documentation.
• Request financial spreads from underwriting (UW) and/or create own financial spreads
• Construct write up with officers help and narrative
• Support all loans through the approval process
• Work directly with customers to obtain ongoing documentation and credit monitoring data (ticklers)
• Work with underwriting (UW) for covenant monitoring and term loan review (TLR)
• Direct client questions to appropriate resources and/or solve client's needs

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of clerical experience in a production & lending environment
• An ability to be approachable and communicate with team members across the company
• Self-motivation and critical thinking are key qualities we're looking for

• $45,680 - $68,017 (Target Mid-Range: $56,849)
• This position is eligible for an incentive plan eligible up to 10%
