- Initiate appropriate framework and key metrics to measure performance of safety strategies and translate output into actionable insights to inform intricate decision-making.
- Develop rigorous end-to-end analyses using statistical models while working collaboratively with partners to identify high-impact opportunities related to performance optimization and user experience.
- Cooperate with PM/Ops team/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization schemes, and bring about actual improvement and growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field. Fluency in SQL and one other programming language (Python, R, etc.) for data manipulation and data modeling.
- At least 3 years of working experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong technical leadership combined with hands-on data mining and machine learning application experience.
- Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems.

For Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
