The Opportunity:
The Office Manager reports to the Plant Manager at our Midwest Hub, while collaborating with the VP of Human Resources at Headquarters. This position is a combination of administrative duties for the warehouse and office. The Office Manager is integral in developing the best practices to meet customer commitments and ensure the Midwest Hub warehouse runs efficiently.

Your Impact:
  • Attend operations team daily meetings, prepare reports/data to be visually displayed, and ensure all assigned actions are completed in a timely fashion to include shipment processing responsibilities.
  • Organize and scan shipping documents into the ERP system and obtain transportation quotes for large shipments
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees. This can also include Temporary workers and the management of their timecards / needs.
  • Order office supplies and keep areas appropriately stocked, including kitchen and conference rooms
  • Maintain Vendor relationships and monitors for adequate service. Handles RFP for cost reduction opportunities with our vendors.
  • Administer and oversee timecards for all warehouse employees
  • Help with facilities management
  • Assist the Plant manager with employee relations and assist the VP of Human Resources with Workers Compensation.
  • Support customer service by answering phones, transferring calls, and assisting walk-in customers and visitors of Keystone.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of comparable working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and management skills
