Description
This is a full-time, direct placement for Gregory-Edwards, Inc.
Hours of Work: 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. All office staff may occasionally be contacted by co-workers after hours to answer questions or verify information pertaining to company business. This contact is intended to be kept to a minimum. Holiday
Pay: Gregory-Edwards, Inc. follows Local Union 211 guidelines for observed holidays. These days will be paid at your standard rate. Vacation Pay: 5 days paid vacation per work-year. Unused vacation days do not roll over to the following year.
Personal Days: 40 hours/yr. Doctor's note required after 3 consecutive days of absence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Service Managers to appropriately assign field personnel for service calls, start-ups and warranty jobs.
  • Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders for Service operations.
  • Coordinate the assignment of field personnel to perform preventive maintenance and fixed-price repairs.
  • Maintain calendar for PMs, OnCall & Vacation Requests.
  • Prepare Time Sheets for weekly review & Wednesday payroll.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries of parts for maintenance and service calls as needed.
  • Review daily Work Order assignments for completion and billable status.
  • Create Work Order folders for review and Invoicing.
  • Assemble weekly reports for Service Meeting Review.
  • Maintain/Manage information for reporting of State/Federal regulated materials, such as Refrigerant.
  • Maintain/Manage database of customers/vendors.
  • Maintain/Manage database for GPS System, vehicle repair and mileage as needed.
  • Accept and perform special assignments as required.
  • Review of compensation and duties will be held after three months from date of hire.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in service coordination or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary Description
$35,000 to $45,000/yr
