For more information, click here .Role reports to: Head of People NA Corporate FunctionsLocation: Markham, ON, CanadaWhat you will doThe People Business Partner Lead , Corporate Functions is responsible for identifying talent needs via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis to develop/deploy talent strategies, in partnership with local leadership to advance effective and diverse talent pools, driving meaningful talent planning to build on global strategies. The role will partner with global, region, and country People Function leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate.The People Business Partner Lead , Corporate Functions will collaborate cross-functionally on global/regional initiatives/goals and proactively identify opportunities to ensure integration of efforts between the People Function and Corporate Functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative People related strategies to advance effective and diverse talent pools, driving meaningful talent planning in alignment with the People Function and business strategies and goals.Ensure integration of People related priorities into business plans.Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps.)Lead strategic People Function/HR work in support of business, company region, and People Function goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work culture.Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop talent plans that support the long-term growth and success of the company.Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams, enhancing their contributions and impact.Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform talent and People related strategies in support of local, business, regional and/or enterprise business goalsPartner with local and regional People Function leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate.Partner and collaborate across other multiple teams within the People Function to ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both, the People Function and the business.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in People/HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years professional experience required.Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills requiredInfluence, shaping solutions, negotiation and partnership skills are required.Experience using data to influence senior business leaders required.Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business is required.Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans is required.Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills are required.Desired QualificationsMaster's degree preferredExperience in using analytics tools to derive insightsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsAbility to develop and implement People related plans and programs related to organizational design, development and changeDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.What's in it for youCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
