We're in search of customer focused individuals with a passion for solving difficult problems and exceeding expectations.Position Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid Remote)Job Description and Responsibilities:The Fielding Logistics Manager will ensure that our government customer achieves the desired infrastructure, capabilities, and processes for the deployment of systems and services at the speed of relevance. The Fielding Logistics Manager performing on this contract will possess the required skills, experience and credentials at the appropriate clearance level and be responsible for executing collaborative logistics integration and interoperability to enhance command and control, communications, and readiness for our customer.Duties include but not limited to:Provide logistics meeting support during test and demonstration planning.Maintain the ability to receive training and serve as a Field Service Representative on required systemsProvide Life-Cycle Logistics Support including component failure tracking and configuration management.Provide load planning and documentation for equipment shipment.Provide test event support including resource identification, planning, delivery, site setup, site daily operation, and retrograde.Maintain close coordination with security personnel to support shipping, receiving, and accountability.Provide Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Government Furnished Property (GFP) management.Conduct site surveys of proposed test and training locations to determine site and security service requirements.Conduct inventory control of equipment by serial number to ensure all incoming and outgoing system, training and test equipment is recorded in the equipment logbookCoordinate with the systems administrator to ensure LAN with Internet access and printing capability for events is installed.Arrange for material handling equipment for off-loading, loading, and movement of test and training equipment.Set up and operate test equipment power generation and distribution, and environmental control equipment.Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or other related field of study commensurate with requirements.Relevant experience and years of service may be considered in lieu of required educationRequired Experience:Minimum 4 years experience in supporting logistics and field support integration for DoD systems and servicesSecret ClearancePast performance in supporting DoD related logistics activities and/or field supportAbility to work as a member of a team with the skills and personality to lead discussions that results in positive desired outcomesCandidates must possess excellent interpersonal, business management and customer service skillsProven leadership in a logistics or field service management role for military systems and solutions.Excellent written and verbal communications skillsConducting basic networking and emplacement of military systems upon receiving proper training manualsPreferred Experience:TS/SCI ClearanceExperience with managing software and hardware integration and understanding of logistics required for operationsProject Management or process improvement experienceUnderstanding of acquisition management support and documentation for fielding software and systemsExperience working at military facility locations or field bases.Travel: Up to 20% based on customer needsAIT Synergy has a competitive benefits and compensation package that includes Medical/Dental coverage, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Holidays, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and training compensation relevant to task duties.Employment TypeContingentMinimum ExperienceExperienced
